Looks like one pampered dog. If the dog had to roam about like of the cows in India, then it will realise how some animals have to live.

Speaking of weird, I wish I had a photo of the dog’s owner. There was definitely something wrong with that guy and pushing his dog around in a baby carriage is probably one of the more normal things he does.
