I think it means dress shirts, but I don’t speak any Korean, so I’m not 100% sure.
I do know that in Japanese, the term for a dress shirt is “waishaatsu”, taken from the English word “white shirt.” Since the Koreans and the Japanese often borrow the same terms from other languages, especially English, I think it’s safe to assume that’s the case here as well. Especially given the picture.
