This golf course in Coober Pedy, South Australia seems tailor-made for someone like me. I tend to keep off the grass anyway on the rare occasions when I subject myself to a round of golf, as the balls I hit seem to prefer the sand. Or the water. Or anything but the grass. In fact, over the course of nine holes, I generally spend a few minutes swinging a club and several hours crawling through various shrubs and bushes looking for my lost golf balls. I wouldn’t have that problem here.

Yup, it’s a place for me too, I always used to lose my ball in bushes, no bushes, no problem.
I can see one big bush and a little tree in the picture, though. I know where my ball is going.
Interesting stuff. Where exactly is the grass? Are they waiting for it to grow?
I don’t think there’s ever any grass there, but I’m not sure. I’ve never been to Australia myself.
A perfect place for me as well 🙂
Many people seem to feel that way–makes you wonder why they even put grass on golf courses…
